For all reservations, you will be sent a rental contract, which we will have to return signed.

  • Excluding school holidays reduced prices possible according to number of people

Bikes:
Possibility to rent classic bicycles (1 man and 1 woman) at the price of 25€ per bike and per stay (or week) or to rent electric bikes (1 man and 1 woman) at the price of 35 € per bike and per stay (or week). Make the request when booking and subject to availability.

Heating and other charges:
Included in the rental.

Complete the prices list with:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            Tourist tax extra from any new booking on 01/01/2022: 0 € 70 per person (over 18 years) and per day

Chalet du Grizzly: * based on 2 people or * based on 4 people = add to the price given in the base, € 15 per night and per person beyond the number of people indicated in the base

Chalet du Meixzoté  * based on 2 people  = add to the price given in the base, € 10 per night and per person beyond the number of people indicated in the base


Guarantee:
Cottage “Le Meixzoté”: a deposit of 150 € will be asked the day of your arrival and will be returned to you the day of your departure
Chalet “Le Grizzly”: a deposit of 300 € will be requested on your arrival and will be returned to you the day of your departure
Chalet “Le Lynx”: a deposit of 1000 € will be requested on your arrival and will be returned to you the day of your departure

Deposit:
A deposit of 30% of the total stay must be paid at the signature of the contract, the balance on arrival.

Housekeeping:
The chalets are given to you in a state of cleanliness impeccable on your arrival. You are just asked to return them in the same state of cleanliness. And if you want to spend a quieter holiday, we offer a cleaning package
Cleaning fee Le Meixzote: 40 €
Cleaning fee Grizzly: 70 €
Cleaning fee Le Lynx: included with the price of the location (see the conditions in the rental agreement)
